A December 2019 notice from Aetna Better Health advised of expanded services with Equian, Cotiviti and Optum. These are review and recovery services which may have an impact on the volume of medical record requests, coordination of benefit requests and payment reconsideration’s seen by medical practices. Please advise staff to keep an eye out for these requests and forward for review and consideration.
